How We Can Represent You

A license holder can represent a party in a real estate transaction in the following ways, as defined by the Texas Real Estate Commission:

As Agent for Owner (Seller/Landlord)

The broker becomes the property owner's agent through a written listing agreement. The agent must inform the owner of all material information and act in the owner's best interest.

As Agent for Buyer/Tenant

The broker becomes the buyer or tenant's agent through a written representation agreement. The agent must inform the buyer of all material information and protect their interests.

As Intermediary (Both Parties)

With written consent from both parties, the broker may act as an intermediary — treating all parties impartially and fairly while facilitating the transaction.
